Terms and Conditions
of all Car - Sharing Schemes |

(1)
Validity period is for a year, starting on the date of your 1st
redemption. |
|
(2)
You need to provide us with your NRIC Number upon booking of vehicles. |
|
(3)
Since Car Sharing Scheme is transferable, please only disclose your NRIC
Number to people whom you are sharing this scheme with. Also, please note
that only people with at least one year driving experience are
allowed to drive the cars. |
|
(4) The
Basic Refundable Deposit of $200 is only refundable at the expiry of the
validity period or upon early termination by you whichever is earlier. |
|
(5) Unutilized days
upon expiry of validity period or upon early termination by you
will be forfeited. |
|
(6)
All redemption must be made in at least 2 days block. |
|
(7)
Redemption is not allowed during Festive days. Festive Days refer to days
within our Festive Packages. |
|
(8) All rates quoted in Car
Sharing Scheme exclude Malaysia-use surcharges and Delivery & Collection
surcharges. |
|

Delivery & Collection surcharges are charged at $30/- for a two-way
trip. |
|
-
Malaysia-use surcharges are charged at $20/- per day. |
|
|
(9) All
booking of cars are subject to availability. |
|
(10)
Cancellation of booking must be at least 3 days (72 hours) before the
intended pickup time.
If this is not adhered to, please note the following: |

(i) If there are still balance
free days in your scheme, two free days on your scheme will be forfeited
or |
|
(ii)
If there are no more balance free days in your scheme, an amount
equivalent to two free days based on our normal rates will be deducted from the Basic Refundable
Deposit Amount. |
